Here at Rabbitvibrator we take great pride in our customer service and the ability to get your order to you fast and with no problems at all. As soon as we receive your order it is sent directly to one of our many dispatch offices around the country, where it is discreetly packaged and sent directly to your door. Our Standard Shipping charge to the UK is only £3.95

 Not going to be in during the day?

If you are not going to be in during the day and don't want the inconvenience of collecting your parcel from the depot if you miss your delivery we can deliver to your work address as long as your state your billing address first when ordering.

Security and Discretion

All products are shipped discreetly in a nondescript package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. Regardless of the size or cost of your order, your goods will be dispatched in a box and will require a signature.

International Shipping.

Depending on the size of your order, we will select the best equipped carrier.

Normal Delivery times are as follows:

USA, South America & Canada - 2 - 4 working days
UK, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Spain - 2-4 working days
Rest of World - 3 - 5 working days

Returns

If for any reason at all you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return in exchange for a full refund.
